Who can shop with us
You must be at least 18 or the legal age required in your state, and legally capable of entering a contract. If acting for a business, you confirm your authority to bind it to these terms.
Product information and pricing
We work to keep information accurate, but errors can occur. We may cancel orders with clear pricing errors or contact you to confirm the correct price before proceeding. Product photos are for reference; packaging may vary by manufacturer release. Availability can change, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products. The price shown at checkout is in US dollars.
Placing an order
Submitting an order does not automatically mean acceptance. We may refuse or cancel orders, verify identity or payment information, decline suspicious orders, or cancel unavailable or mispriced items. If we cancel your order, we issue a full refund.
Payment
Payments are processed through Stripe using the payment methods actually displayed at checkout. Payment is collected in full at the time of ordering, including pre-sales. Unpaid pending orders are held for up to 48 hours and then canceled. A declined payment may require you to retry or contact support.
Pre-sale orders
- Full payment is required when ordering.
- Manufacturer release dates are estimates and may change.
- Pre-sales ship within 1–2 business days after official release.
- Pre-sale orders cannot be canceled or modified after placement.
- If the manufacturer cancels a release entirely, you receive a full refund.
Authenticity and product questions
We do not permit counterfeit products. Contact support@greygapcollection.com promptly if you have concerns about an item’s authenticity. Product brand names identify their respective manufacturers; their appearance on this website does not imply endorsement or an authorized dealership relationship.
Intellectual property
The Greygap Collection branding, website design and original content are owned by or licensed to Stylecanvas LLC. Manufacturer trademarks, product artwork and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Do not copy our original content or branding without permission. Contact us about legitimate reuse requests.
Prohibited use
Do not break laws, disrupt or attack our systems, submit false checkout information, harass staff or customers, impersonate others, or use automated systems to obtain data or buy in bulk without permission. Resale must comply with applicable manufacturer agreements. We may suspend accounts or refuse future orders for violations.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our liability relating to a product is limited to the amount paid for that product, except where the law requires otherwise. These terms do not exclude rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
No guaranteed contents of sealed products
We do not guarantee particular cards, autographs, memorabilia, hits, insertion ratios or resale values. Manufacturer-specific defects and our store warranty are addressed in the Warranty and Replacement Policy.
Events beyond our control
Natural disasters, government actions, carrier disruption, pandemics and manufacturer supply issues can affect fulfillment. We will communicate and work to resolve affected orders, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, without limiting mandatory consumer protections. Subject to applicable law, disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be brought in courts with jurisdiction in Broward County, Florida.
Changes and severability
We may update these terms with a revised date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
