What to include
Include the affected URL, a description, limited reproduction steps, discovery date/time and a way to contact you. Do not send passwords, full card details or other customers’ personal data. Redact sensitive material from screenshots.
Responsible reporting
Do not access, change or download other people’s data, disrupt services, conduct denial-of-service or brute-force tests, exploit an issue for personal gain, or publicly disclose private data. Give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate before disclosing vulnerability details. This policy is not permission to access systems you are not authorized to use.
What happens next
We aim to acknowledge reports within 2 business days and initially investigate within 3–7 business days, depending on complexity. Confirmed issues are prioritized for remediation. We may follow up and offer public recognition with your permission. We do not operate a paid bug bounty program.
Compromised accounts
Change your password, including on other sites where it was reused. Email us with the subject ACCOUNT COMPROMISED. We will verify identity before helping recover access. Review your bank account and contact the bank about unauthorized transactions.
Phishing
We will not ask you for a password, request full card details outside checkout, demand gift cards, cryptocurrency or wire payments, or threaten you into urgent action. Forward suspicious communications to support without opening suspicious attachments.
Security practices
The store uses WordPress/WooCommerce account security and Stripe payment processing. HTTPS, updates, access controls and hosting security must be maintained by the store operator. No website can guarantee absolute security.
Good-faith reports
We do not intend to pursue legal action for good-faith, non-destructive reporting that complies with this policy and applicable law. This does not cover unlawful access, damage, data theft, extortion or actions against third-party systems.
