What does shipping cost?
Standard US shipping is free with no minimum order. Any available expedited services and their prices are shown before payment.
When will my order arrive?
Standard transit is approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch. Orders placed before 2 PM Central Time Monday–Friday normally dispatch the same day. Pre-sale items ship within 1–2 business days after official release.
Can I return a product?
Eligible unopened, sealed products can be returned within 90 days. Opened products and certain product types are excluded. Contact support first; approved returns receive a prepaid label. Read the full returns policy before ordering.
Can I cancel?
Shipped orders and paid pre-sales cannot be canceled. If we can stop a regular order before shipment, a 20% cancellation fee applies.
What if an item is damaged or incorrect?
Keep the product sealed and retain all packaging. Email photos and your order number promptly: damage within 48 hours, wrong items within 7 days. See the returns and warranty policies for full eligibility.
How can I pay?
Use the Stripe-supported payment methods displayed at checkout. Prices and payments are in USD.
Are specific cards or pulls guaranteed?
No. Sealed product contents, particular cards, pull rates and resale values are not guaranteed. Ask us before buying if you need clarification about an edition or its published specifications.
Where is my order?
Use order status with your order number and billing email, or sign in to your account. Tracking is emailed when your order dispatches.
