How we charge you
Payment is collected in full when you place an order, including applicable tax and any selected paid shipping. Pre-orders are also charged upfront, before their later shipment. Each order is a one-time purchase, not a subscription or recurring charge.
Payment methods
Payments are processed through Stripe. Use the credit/debit card or other Stripe-supported method actually displayed at checkout. Wallet availability depends on configuration, device and eligibility. We do not advertise PayPal, Shop Pay, wire transfer, cryptocurrency, checks, money orders or cash on delivery as available payment options.
Currency
All prices, charges and refunds are in US dollars (USD). If your account uses another currency, your bank determines conversion rates and any additional fees.
Sales tax
We collect sales tax where required. Applicable tax is calculated from the configured tax rules and your order information, and displayed before payment. Tax-exempt customers should email support@greygapcollection.com with exemption documentation before ordering. Please resolve exemption requests before completing checkout.
Authorization holds
Your bank may temporarily show an authorization or pending payment while processing a purchase. This is not a separate additional purchase. The store uses payment capture at checkout rather than waiting until shipping. Release of an unsuccessful or reversed authorization depends on your bank; it commonly takes 3–5 business days.
Failed or declined payments
If payment is declined, retry with accurate details or contact support. Unpaid pending orders may reserve stock for up to 48 hours before automatic cancellation. After cancellation, availability is not guaranteed if you reorder. A failed payment is not an accepted order.
Billing address
Enter the billing address on file with your bank or card issuer. A different delivery address is allowed, but both addresses must be accurate. Orders may be reviewed for payment security.
Pricing changes
Prices can change before checkout. The final checkout price is locked when you place the order. We do not charge more if prices increase afterward, and we do not refund the difference if prices fall.
Disputed charges
If you do not recognize a charge, contact us so we can investigate. This does not prevent you from exercising your lawful rights with your bank or payment provider. Fraud or misuse may lead to account restrictions in accordance with our terms and applicable law.
Promotional codes
Codes apply only to eligible products and dates stated in the offer. Offers do not combine unless explicitly stated. Expired or misused codes will not be honored retroactively. We may cancel fraudulently used codes. The selling prices shown in the catalog already reflect the current price reduction; no separate discount code is needed.
Receipt and confirmation
A successful order receives a confirmation email showing the order number, products, taxes, shipping and total. Keep it as your receipt. Contact support if the email does not arrive after checking spam.
Refunds
See the Refund and Returns Policy for eligibility. Approved refunds go to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days. Original paid shipping is non-refundable unless we made the mistake.
